Preparation!
Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle some olive oil, salt, pepper and massage it.
Add onion, thyme, rosemary and half a lemon into the chicken cavity.
Add garlic thyme and rosemary to the chicken.
Massage some butter over the chicken.
Roast it in the oven for an hour and a half at 200 degrees Celsius.
For mashed potatoes
