Ingredient!
250 grams of boneless chicken in half a cube
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped and grounded
1 tablespoon finely sliced and grounded
1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
3-4 whole red peppers
3/4 cup lacquered fine
1/4 cup bamboo shot
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of oil
Some vegetables for garnish (such as finely chopped onions)
Preparation!
Mix the chicken with ground pasta and vinegar.
Save for at least half an hour.
Heat the oil in a wok and add whole red peppers and cook over high heat until they get a little dark.
Add the onions and stir-fry on high heat to shine.
Lift onions and peppers and keep them separate.
Add the chicken and stir-fry on high heat until it is covering.
Reduce the heat and cook until soft. Add the onion mixture and bamboo shoots and mix.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce and salt and mix well over high heat.
Serve warmly garnished with greenery.
