Ingredient!
2 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup clear yogurt
taste
juice
1 cup of white rice flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 apples
1 tablespoon of rum
1/4 teaspoon of the teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 orange
3/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sliced almonds
Preparation!
Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
To make the filling
Peel the apples in a medium bowl and cut into ¼ inch slices.
Add the rest of the filling ingredients and throw it well.
Keep it aside.
To make the cake
Beat eggs and sugar in a medium bowl for two minutes.
Add canola oil, yogurt, orange juice and zest, vanilla extract and beat again.
Add rice flour, corn starch, baking powder, salt, almond flour.
Beat again until everything is well mixed.
Pour the cake mixture onto the bottom. Arrange the apple slices in order and pour the liquid that has remained on the dish. That is the tastiest part!
Sprinkle evenly over the apples and the cake batter. Bake 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean, cool completely before serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and it’s done!
