Ingredient!
5-6 slices of bread
1/2 cup grated boiled potatoes (about 3-4 medium-sized potatoes)
1/4 cup chopped vegetables (Capsicum, cabbage and carrot)
1 tablespoon boiled corn
1 tablespoon chopped green peppers
1/8 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon red pepper sauce
2 tablespoons of Maida
1 tablespoon Fine Rava (Semolina)
1/4 cup water
Sesame seeds for decoration
Salt to taste
Preparation!
Cut the bread into a round piece using a steel container or a round container. Crush the left sides in a blender mill.
In a bowl, combine the grated boiled potatoes, chopped vegetables, boiled corn, chopped green peppers, black pepper, soy sauce, red pepper sauce and salt. Now add 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs (obtained by grinding the sides of the bread in step 1) and prepare a thick mixture.
In another bowl, prepare a thick paste using Maida, Semolina and Water.
Take a piece of bread and spread the vegetable mixture over it and coat it with maida-rava paste. Make sure to cover the sides well. Spread the sesame seeds on top. Repeat the step for the rest of the bread pieces.
Refrigerate the bread pieces for at least 30 minutes.
Fry 2 pieces of bread at a time over medium-high heat until golden.
