Ingredient!
1 cauliflower
1/4 cup cheese (favorite, shredded)
2 ounces of cream cheese
1 shallots (small, diced)
olive oil
Preparation!
Chop the cauliflower in the food processor to the consistency of the rice.
Bake shallots in olive oil until opaque. Add cauliflower. Prepare 3-5 minutes to the desired considencey.
Stir in sliced cheese and softened cream cheese, cover for 3 minutes until cheese is melted. Add favorite herbs and spices and serve
