Ingredient!
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
2/3 cup flour for all purposes
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
Preparation!
Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt and oil in a blender. Process until smooth. Cover and cool for 1 hour.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and brush with oil. Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter into the pan and tilt to completely coat the surface of the pan. Bake for 2 to 5 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
