2 cups watermelon (chopped)
¼ paste (squeeze, save juice)
1 tablespoon simple syrup
1 slice of lime (for garnish, optional)
Mint leaves (for garnish optional)
Preparation!
Gather all the ingredients.
Cut the watermelon into lumps that remove the shell and seeds. Put the pieces in a bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
In blender, combine watermelon, lime juice and simple syrup and puree.
Pour into the jar and garnish with a piece of lime and mint leaves (optional). Chill before serving if you like.
