Ingredient!
2whole boneless chicken breast
1stalk celery
1onion, quartet
1 cup celery, chopped
1 1 / 2-2cons mayonnaise (depending on how wet you like your chicken salad)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dill seeds
Preparation!
Place chicken, celery stalks and onions in pan with water to cover.
Cook and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
Drain and discard onions and celery.
Let the chicken cool.
In a food processor, chop chicken.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken with mayonnaise, salt and pepper, parsley, dill seeds, chopped celery and lemon juice.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
