Ingredient!
3 cups of strawberries, peeled and sliced
Cup of sugar 1/4 cup sugar bakers
1 tablespoon cognac
1 1/2 cups of chilled sparkling wine
3 large strawberries
Preparation!
Mix 3 cups of strawberries, sugar for sugar and brandy together in a blender until smooth. Cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Divide the strawberry mixture into 3 champagne flutes with about 1/2 cup of sparkling wine stirrer each. Garnish each glass with 1 strawberry.
