5 medium cloves garlic. One 2-inch piece fresh ginger. 1 medium white onion. 2 medium tomatoes. 6 ounce unsalted butter. 1 tablespoon ground turmeric. 1 cup mild curry powder. 1  found boneless, skinless chicken breast. 1  tablespoon kosher salt, divided. 1 found large prawns shelled and deveined. 2 tablespoon plus 1 tablespoon ground cumin. 2 tablespoon plus 1 tablespoon ground fennel seed
1 tablespoon plus 1 tablespoon ground cardamom. 1 cup honey. 1 cup plus 2 tablespoon heavy cream. 1 cup unsweetened coconut cream
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves. 2 tablespoon curryleaves
Preparation !
In Heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion paste , stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons of the ginger and garlic paste . Stir in the turmeric, curry powder, chicken and 3⁄4 teaspoon salt and let cook 5 minutes. Stir in the prawns and tomato juice and simmer 4 minutes. Stir in the cumin, ground fennel, and cardamom and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.coconut cream cook, uncovered, 5 minutes. Stir in the honey, cilantro, curry leaves, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt and stir for 3 minutes
