Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Ingrediens!
For eggs Fried Rice:
3 eggs
½ cup of green peas
1 bunch of onion onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
1 cup of basmati rice (you can use any rice)
3 cups of water
Salt to taste
Preparation!
Take the rice in a pan and wash it (pour water into the pan and remove it by holding your hand on the edge of the pan).
Boil 3 cups of water in the kettle and add to the rice pan.
Keep the pan on full heat and add salt.
Cook it for 10-12 minutes on full heat. It will be necessary to stir in between.
Make sure rice takes one in your finger (be careful, it gets too hot) and press it. If soft, it is cooked.
Now place all the rice in the sieve, all water will be filtered from the rice. Allow 2-3 minutes to get rid of all the water.
