African spicy vegetable salad

Ingrediens!
3/4 cup broccoli florets (fresh, small)
3/4 cup cauliflower florets (fresh)
1/2 cup sliced carrots (diagonally)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 tsp. Cilantro
1/8 teaspoon peanuts
3 tablespoons non-fatty sour cream
2 teaspoons of cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of honey
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Preparation!
Steam the vegetables, covered 2 minutes.
Rinse under cold water well.
Combine spices in a frying pan over medium heat and cook 2 minutes stirring constantly.
In a medium bowl, combine the spice mix, sour cream, vinegar and honey.
Add vegetables and mix well.
