EMERIL’S CARIBBEAN COCKTAIL

Ingredient ! 1 half ounces light rum. half ounce blue curacao. 2ounces pineapple juice. 1tablespoon simple syrup. 1tablespoon fresh lime juice. fresh pineapple, wedge garnish.
Preparation ! In a cocktail shaker, blend together all the ingredients, except the garnish. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
Garnish with pineapple and serve.
