Chili Fish Recipe

Ingredient!
250 gram fish pieces (Boneless)
1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons celery (finely chopped)
1/2 tablespoon of pepper
Salt
Oil
Spring onions to garnish
For the sauce
1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon green cool, chopped
4 tablespoons of sauce
5 eaten tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon corn flour
Preparation!
Cut the fish into finger pieces.
Make a butter with cornmeal, maida, baking powder, soy sauce, celery, pepper powder, water and salt.
Dip the fish pieces into the batter and fry in the oil until golden brown. Transfer fish to serving plate.
For the sauce
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute garlic, ginger and green cool. Add soy sauce, cool and tomato sauce to it.
Finally, cornmeal mixed with water is added to it and stirred well. When it starts to boil, remove the mold fire.
At the time of serving, pour the sauce on top of fried fish pieces and mix well.
Garnish with chopped spring onions
