Ingredients!
4 baby Persian cucumbers
2 large tomatoes
1/2 bowl of parsley
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon dried mint
salt
Prepare it!
Wash your vegetables, especially parsley, separately to ensure that it is clean.
Nice cubes of tomato and cucumber.
Finely chop parsley until you reach the stems that you can throw away.
