Ingredient
3/4 cup broccoli florets (fresh, small)
3/4 cup cauliflower florets (fresh)
1/2 cup sliced carrots (diagonally)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 tsp. 1 tsp ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons non-greasy sour cream
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of honey
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Preparation!
Steam the vegetables, covered for 2 minutes.
Rinse under cold water and drain well.
Mix the spices in a pan over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
In a medium bowl, combine the spice blend, sour cream, vinegar and honey.
Add the vegetables and mix well.
