Mock Champagne

Ingredient
2 bottles (2 liters) of ginger, refrigerated
1 (46 fl oz) can pineapple juice, fresh
1 bottle (64 fluid ounces) white grape juice, refrigerated
Preparation!
To make the ice ring Fill a ring-shaped cake pan 1/2 with ginger ale. Freeze until partially frozen.
At this point, you can place edible flowers, or pieces of fruit around the ring. Fill the pan with ginger ale and freeze until solid. Place in a punch bowl just before serving.
In a large punch bowl, combine 1 bottle of ginger ale, pineapple juice and white grape juice.
