Ingredient!
8 passion fruit
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 (14 ounce) can soften condensed milk
2 cups of cream
Preparation!
Break passion fruit in half, and empty contents in a bowl. Use a little water to rinse the juice from the peel. Mix with the hands to soften flesh. Sieve through a sieve or cheese cloth. Stir in sugar and sweetened condensed milk.
Beat cream in a cooled bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold 1/3 of the cream in the passion fruit mixture and then quickly fold in the remaining cream until there are no more streaks. Cool for 1 hour.
