4 ounce tilapia
1/3 rice
1/4 cup celery
1/8 cup portabella mushroom
1/8 cup of red pepper

1/4 tablespoons black pepper
1/8 tablespoon garlic salt
1/8 tablespoons onion salt
1/8 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Preparation!
Bring a pan of water to the boil, add rice and cook for 35-40 minutes until the desired texture is achieved.
Wash vegetables. Dice and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, mix orange concentrate, Caribbean sauce and lemon juice. Beat together.
Season fish with garlic salt, onion salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Add to the roasting pan over low heat and cover. Boil until the fish reaches 155 ° Fahrenheit.
