Ingredient!
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound of hot Italian sausage
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 cups sour tapioca flour
2 large eggs
1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
Preparation!
Preheat the oven to 400 °. Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized frying pan. Add the sausage and cook a little too gently
Mix the water, milk, vegetable oil and salt in a medium-sized pan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat.
Put the sour tapioca flour in a large bowl and mix the warm milk mixture firmly with a wooden spoon until the flour is completely processed and a sticky dough is formed. If the dough is cool enough to process, knead until smooth and slightly warm.
Add the eggs one by one, knead and mix with the wooden spoon until they are absorbed. Stir the grated cheese and cooled sausage in two additions.
Prepare the dough in balls of 2 tablespoons with a scoop of ice cream and greased hands and place them on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake until roasted and golden brown, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool on the sheets for a few minutes before serving.
