1 pound chicken breasts
2 tablespoons dry mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 cup of bell pepper
3 cups of mixed salad
4 bamboo shoots
Preparation!
Soak the skewers in water.
Wash the chicken under cold water. Pat dry with a cloth and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Combine rub, parsley and olive oil with chicken, mix well and marinate for about 45 minutes.
When ready, preheat the grill on the stove (medium – high). Thread 4 pieces of chicken per skewer.
Pour a little olive oil on the grill. Cook the chicken on each side for about 5-6 minutes until it is cooked.
Combine green vegetables and peppers in a large bowl and mix with Serano honey vinaigrette
Transfer to bowls and garnish with chicken skewers.
