Ingredient!
1 pound Malmel
2 pounds of red pepper powder
5 pounds of wheat flour
1 pound soybean flour, fermented
1 gallon of water
1 pound of salt
Preparation!
Put wheat flour in malt water and cook slowly on low heat and simmer for approx. 1 hour. Remove the glue from heat and mix in fermented soybean flour and then finally add pepper powder and salt and mix well. Like salt, you can add or reduce your taste.
