Korean Curry Rice-Baked Curry Recipe

Ingredient!
5 ounces, beef or chicken, pork, cut into small cubes
1 medium onion, cut into small dice
1 medium potato, cut into small cubes
1/2 carrot, cut into small cubes
1/2 zucchini. cut into small cubes
1 1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 bag of Baekse curry powder
4 cups short grain steamed rice
Preparation!
Heat a deep pan and saute the meat. Add onions, potatoes and carrots to pan and saute together.
Add water to the pan and cook it. Turn the heat down to low and cook for 10-20 minutes until the vegetables and chicken are soft.
Turn off the heat and add 5 tablespoons of curry powder little by little into the pan and stir it until it melts.
Turn the heat to low simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve the curry over steamed rice.
