1.5 kilograms of potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 red onions

1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup of milk cream
150 grams of feta cheese
a handful of chopped spring onions
salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation!
To prepare this great potato gratin recipe, prepare the onion and garlic finely. In a hot pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add the honey and oregano and stir
For the béchamel milk cream sauce, stir 2 tablespoons butter in a deep pan over medium heat. Add the flour and beat to make a paste. Add the vegetable stock while you wave and pour in the double cream a little at a time while you wave to form a soft cream. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Add the potatoes to the bechamel sauce and the spring onions and stir well. Scoop half of the potato mixture into the potato gratin dish in an even layer. Add the crumbled feta cheese and half of the onion mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove the foil the last 30 minutes, so that the potatoes are nicely colored.
