Ingredient
3 cups cooked long grain rice (basmati)
1 1/2 tablespoon of oil
2 teaspoons finely garlic)
1 teaspoon finely ginger
2 teaspoons finely chopped green peppers
1/4 cup finely carrot
1/4 cup finelyrench beans
1/4 cup finely of capsicum
1/2 cup finely cooked onions
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
salt to taste
For the marinated paneer
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
salt and to taste
1 tablespoon of oil
Preparation!
Combine soy sauce, chili sauce, corn flour, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and mix well.
Add the paneer cubes and mix lightly.
Cover with a lid and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan, add the marinated paneer, mix gently and cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep aside.
Add the carrot, green beans and bell pepper and sauté over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the new onions and sauté over medium heat for 1 minute.
Gently add soy sauce, chili sauce, rice and salt and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
