Roasted garlic skillet bread

Ingredient!
4 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoon of salt for dough
1 teaspoon dry yeast
2 cups of lukewarm water
1-3 teaspoon puree, roasted garlic

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
Add water 1 cup at a time, combine all dry ingredients with the first cup of water before adding a second cup. It is important that you take the time to record the first head completely before moving on to the second.

Cover and allow to rise to room temperature, anywhere from 8-12 hours
