Ingredient!
5 pounds of potatoes, cut into wedges
6 cloves of garlic, chopped
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup of water
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
sea salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon minced fresh mint
1 (8 ounce) packet of crumbled feta cheese
Preparation!
Preheat an oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius). Light oil a large baking sheet.
Stir the potatoes, garlic, olive oil, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl until the potatoes are evenly poured into the prepared baking sheet.
Fry in the preheated oven until the potatoes start to brown, approx. 40 minutes. Put the potatoes with oregano and mint. If the bowl appears dry, pour another 1/2 cup of water into the dish. Return to the oven and bake approx. 40 minutes more. Top with crumbled feta cheese for serving.
