Low Fat Tiramisu

Ingrediens!
2 medium eggs
16 ounces of fat-free cream cheese
75 grams (2/3 cup) throws (raw) sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
6 tablespoons of coffee flavored liqueur
200 milliliters (7 fluid ounces) of strong black coffee
24 lady fingers
1 teaspoon teaspoon cocoa powder
Preparation!
Separate the eggs. Place cream cheese in a bowl of egg yolks, caster sugar and vanilla essence. Whip until smooth. Whisk the egg whites and fold into the mixture. Put one third of the mixture in the bottom of a 900 milliliter liter 2 pint rectangular bowl.
Mix together liqueur and coffee. Dip half the sponge fingers into the liquid and place in the dish. Spread another third of the mixture over the sponge fingers and then dip the remaining biscuits and place over the creamy mixture. Finish with a layer of creamy mixture and dust with the cocoa powder.
Chill the dish overnight before serving.
