Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients!
6-8 taco shells
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, minced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of sliced celery
2 cups of roasted chicken
1/3 cup red hot buffalo sauce
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 avocados, peeled and chopped
2/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1-1 / 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
Prepare it!
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit Place the taco dishes on the baking sheet and heat them in the oven according to the packaging instructions.
In the meantime, butter is heated over a medium heat in a large frying pan. Add the onion and garlic to the boil and stir until soft, about 4-6 minutes.
Add celery, chicken, buffalo sauce and scrambled eggs for about a minute to heat through and remove from the heat.
Fill the taco shells with a piece of chicken mixture, and top with tomatoes, avocados, blue cheese salad dressing and roasted cheese. Server immediately.
