Ingredient!
3 cups cooked long-grain rice (basmati)
1 1/2 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger (adrak)
2 teaspoons finely chopped green chili
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped French beans
1/4 cup finely chopped paprika
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onion white andgreens
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
salt to taste
For the marinated paneer
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp chili sauce
1 tablespoon cornmeal
salt and taste
1 tablespoon oil
To Garnish
1 tablespoon finely chopped spring onion white and green
Preparation!
Combine soy sauce, chili sauce, cornmeal, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and mix well.
Add the paneer cubes and mix lightly.
Cover with lid and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a wide non-stick pan, add the marinated paneer, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep aside.
Heat the oil in a wide non-stick pan, add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
Add carrot, French beans and bell peppers and saute on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add spring onion and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, rice and salt, gently mix and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Carefully add the marinated paneer mixture and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
